We ask all prospective new clients to complete
our new client intake questionnaire a copy of which is included on this website for our mutual convenience.
Our questionnaire seeks biographical and financial information
about you, your family and your fiancee or fiancé and
his or her family that is essential for us to evaluate your situation,
and enable us to hit the ground running should we mutually agree
upon the terms of our engagement.
After you respond to our new client intake questionnaire, one of our lawyers
will contact you to arrange for an initial consultation. For your convenience,
we can conduct your initial consultation either telephonically or in our Beverly
Hills office. The purpose of the initial consultation is for us to discuss your
concerns, objectives and determine whether it makes sense for you to retain us
and, if so, to go over the terms and conditions of our retainer agreement.
